Meet with midwife staring at 12 weeks gestation, follow standard prenatal visit schedule throughout pregnancy with continuous support and holistic approach and care. Home visit offered at 36 weeks to prepare for birth at home. Continuous labor and birth support provided with attendance of 2 midwives trained in managing emergency events and honoring patient's desires and preferences. Postpartum visits in home provided at 24 hours, 2 weeks, and final 6 weeks appointment in office.
